TEMCO, Inc. was established in 1971 as
an extended employment sheltered workshop 
employing adults with developmental
disabilities.

Our mission is “to provide
meaningful employment opportunities
to persons with developmental
disabilities in our service area.”

TEMCO, Inc. is a 501(c)3 charitable
not-for-profit extended employment
facility-based sheltered workshop.
We are certified by the Missouri
Department of Elementary and
Secondary Education, Extended
Employment Section.

TEMCO, Inc. is guided by a volunteer
Board of Directors comprised of local
business leaders, professionals, and
family members.

TEMCO employs over 55 workers with
developmental disabilities, who work along side with 30 part time non-disabled workers led by experienced staff to see that your quality is maintained and delivery
times are met.
